This was inspired by our wedding cake, for our 25th anniversary year! Though it’s a hit for any occasion!
 
Ingredients: Organic cashews, coconut oil, maple syrup, cacao powder, water, raspberries, dates, vanilla, pink Himalayan salt.
Crust: Almonds, dates, cacao powder, coconut shreds.
